SummaryThe Environment, Health and Safety Manager 3 has the primary responsibility for working with the EHS team and Site Management to establish the EHS Action Plan and Road Map. The role is responsible for the set up and review of company EHS standard, guidelines and compliance with local regulation, Corporate standards, international standards and to ensure implementation process in places are effectiveness and sustainable.

Work with EHS team and the management to establish EHS Action Plan and Road map.

Set up and review company EHS standard, guidelines, regulations and compliance with local regulation, Corporate standard, international standard and to ensure implementation process are in places effectiveness and sustainable.

Co-ordinate and set the meetings at management level to review and discuss the EHS standard, guidelines and other EHS issues.

Assist EMR, OHSMR, EnMR to establish, implement, monitor and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standard system.

Perform EHS Gemba Walk audit and inspection for new machine, equipment and process pre-installation and buy-off.

Ensure all EHS issues and practices in the Company are in line with standards and in compliance with regulations

Implement Pollution Prevention plans, Waste minimization, and Clean Technology to align with senior leadership targets / roadmaps.

Act as the secretary of Site EHS & Energy Committees.

Prepare and submit all EHS reporting for legal compliance, corporate and customer requirement.

Perform hazard risk assessment, environment aspect and energy review regularly requirements.

Drive EHS performance in support of Operational targets.

Perform other tasks required of EHS&S Dept. Senior Manager.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies -
Minimum 10 years' experience within EHS working in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years' experience in implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standard system.

Working experience with electronics manufacturing or related business (with a company size of 1000+ total employees)

Strong knowledge in international EHS standard and local legislative EHS regulation.

Good interpersonal skills and leadership experience.

Highly dynamic, a balance of both management and front line experience, fast acting & can do attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiples issues simultaneously.

Good command of English.

Ability to operate a personal computer.
Physical Demands -
Incumbent will perform the duties of this position in a manufacturing environment.
Typical Experience -
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
