Business Systems Analyst

This individual will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with application owners, software engineers, QA analysts, business stakeholders, and architects to deliver enhancements and improvements to enterprise applications.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
• Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.

We are actively speaking with applicants who have a minimum of: 

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise database management systems, including SQL Server or similar relational database platforms.
• Experience supporting EDI, compliance, integration, or enterprise application environments.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

• Experience in analyzing business problems and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Experience supporting projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, QA teams, and architects.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing activities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and enterprise systems concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
