Job Description:
Join our team in New York, NY, where you will lead strategic benefit transformations and oversee operations for our benefits business.
This full-time role requires expertise in generic technology tools and a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive strategic benefit initiatives across pension, health, and life product areas.
Monitor market trends and propose innovative solutions for benefit enhancements.
Coordinate internal and external communications to align with organizational goals.
Manage change initiatives and ensure stakeholder readiness across all benefit products.
Serve as a liaison to support communications and resource planning.

Qualifications
8 years of experience in benefits administration and vendor coordination.
Strong analytical and relational skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in generic office software and task management systems.
Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
