Key Responsibilities
Lead overall program planning, execution, and governance for technology enablement supporting London store openings.
Manage cross functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between engineering, infrastructure, digital products, POS, kiosks, payments, networking, and third party vendors.
Coordinate technology readiness across all domains including hardware, software, integrations, networking, and store systems.
Work closely with CDTO leadership and international market stakeholders to ensure timely decisions, risk mitigation, and alignment to global standards.
Drive project timelines, RAID logs, communications, deployment planning, cutover, and hypercare readiness.
Facilitate workshops, technical deep dives, status reviews, and cross team alignment sessions.
Ensure all system dependencies, interfaces, and operational readiness activities are met prior to store go live.
Collaborate with international partners to ensure compliance with market-specific requirements and regulations.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of project or program management experience in technology, retail, QSR, or large-scale enterprise environments.
Proven experience managing cross functional technology initiatives and deployments.
Strong understanding of store technologies such as POS, kiosks, digital ordering systems, payment systems, and networking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate with global teams across time zones.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international technology deployments or new-market launches.
Background in QSR, retail technology, or multi-unit operations.
PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.
Experience working with CDTO or similar global technology leadership groups.
