PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst (HBITS-07-14816) - Albany, NY 12240 (3 days onsite per week)

We are currently hiring for the PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst role (Job ID: HBITS-07-14816) with one of our clients in Albany, NY. As a prime vendor to New York State, we support their HBITS (Hourly-Based IT Services) requirements.

Position Details:

• Title: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst
• Duration: 30 Months
• Location: Albany, NY 12240 (3 days onsite per week)
• Interview Mode: Single round, Virtual

Job Responsibilities:

This individual will be expected to participate in the following activities:

• Perform as a PeopleSoft techno-functional analyst, supporting both technical and functional activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot configuration and base tables related to General Ledger and Commitment Control.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for new business requirements, enhancement requests, and application changes.
• Prepare functional specifications and related documentation.
• Develop and support PeopleSoft Financials modifications using PeopleSoft development tools.
• Communicate with business users to gather requirements for production support items, projects, and enhancements.
• Perform functional and technical analysis, estimates, and impact assessments for enhancement requests.
• Support ongoing PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application maintenance, patching, retrofits, and post-upgrade stabilization activities.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validate code changes, and document modifications.
• Troubleshoot and tune slow-running processes and support production issue resolution.
• Prepare user training materials and support functional knowledge transfer as needed.
• Provide techno-functional leadership for application support, maintenance, enhancement, and stabilization activities.
• Provide regular application development training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to DOL staff to build internal capability and support long-term operational sustainability.
• Provide weekly status reports on assigned work, issues, and progress

Required Skills & Experience:

• 84 months of functional experience performing PeopleSoft FSCM (GL and KK) implementations, including requirements gathering and producing functional specifications.
• 84 months of experience in performing PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and retrofitting the customizations.
• 72 months of experience in Oracle 19c or higher databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
• 72 months of experience in creating NVISION, Crystal Reports and BI Publisher reports.
• 60 months of experience in creating Test plans and Test scripts.
