The CPU Engineering Project Manager will be working closely with the CPU architecture, logic design, verification, physical design, DFT and debug teams, as well as SoC, software, system and others to drive the full program lifecycle from spec definition through execution, tapeout, and support of post-silicon activities and debug. You will be embedded directly with the CPU design team and will drive the day-to-day project activities, as well as the longer-term initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the technical leads and be the main point of contact with other teams.
BS + 3 years of relevant experience.\nProven Silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT or silicon validation.
Proven CPU development experience.\nEstablished technical leadership and/or project management experience.\nStrong communication and executive presentation skills.\nStrong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail.\nStrong organization skills to organize self and the team's execution.\nTechnical depth in one or more areas (architecture, logic, verification, physical design) and sufficient knowledge of others to understand tradeoffs and challenge the team.\nCan work together across multiple sites and multi-functionally throughout the entire organization.\nAble to build trust and lead through influence.
