We have an immediate need for a Salesforce Admin / Business Analyst in Cupertino, CA to support enterprise B2B initiatives across education, government, and healthcare end customers. This role will work closely with global and regional channel teams to drive Salesforce-based solutions that align with evolving business needs.
In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to support and enhance CRM capabilities, particularly within the Partner Gateway using Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will leverage deep platform expertise to design scalable solutions, manage enhancements, and ensure alignment with business processes. The role includes developing and maintaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, executing end-to-end and regression testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve issues. You will also support governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems. Additionally, you will design and implement reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights, while actively engaging in discussions to challenge requirements and improve overall processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in administration, business analysis, and Experience Cloud. Strong skills in UAT planning and execution, reporting and dashboard creation, and data governance are essential. Candidates should possess excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive scalable solutions.
