Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders and translate them into business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, integrations, data flows, system changes, and end-to-end business processes.
- Support testing and validation activities, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, while assisting with defect triage and root-cause analysis.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL, investigate production issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate delivery and operational risks.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements gathering, software delivery, testing, or a related technology-focused role.

|
SQL, Requirements Analysis, Business/System Requirements, User Stories, Process Mapping, API & Integration Concepts, SDLC, Data Validation
