DescriptionAre you passionate about technology and helping people succeed? We're looking for a Service Desk Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on technical support experience to join our collaborative and well-established support team. In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for end users-solving problems, delivering outstanding service, and making technology feel easy and accessible.
You'll play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly by resolving issues quickly, communicating clearly, and providing a positive support experience every step of the way.
What You'll Do- Deliver front-line technical support for computer hardware, software, and business applications
- Troubleshoot and support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
- Manage and resolve support tickets while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
- Provide one-on-one end-user training to empower users and prevent future issues
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate support teams when needed
What You Bring- Experience in service desk or help desk support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and other Windows operating systems
- Confidence handling password resets, account management, and user access
- Hands-on experience with hardware, peripherals, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- A strong customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to help others

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr.
