SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding)

Collinwood is assisting our client, a well-respected construction firm, in their effort to hire/engage an experienced professional to support SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding). In this role, you will support Recruiting Marketing, Career Site Builder, and Onboarding 2.0. This role will partner with Recruiting, HR, and technical teams to maintain and improve the candidate-to-new-hire experience.

What You Will Do

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Career Site Builder (CSB), including career-site content, responsive layouts, SEO, talent communities, and job distribution.

• Support recruiting conversion reporting and analytics to help assess career-site and candidate-engagement performance.

• Configure and support Onboarding 2.0 processes, including new-hire data collection, digital forms, document collection, onboarding tasks, and buddy assignments.

• Maintain Onboarding business rules and support cross-boarding and offboarding processes.

• Support Recruit-to-Hire data mapping and troubleshoot data-flow issues between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.

• Partner with the Employee Central consultant on new-hire handoffs, permissions, testing, and issue resolution.

• Gather business requirements, implement approved changes, and maintain configuration and support documentation.

What We Need From You

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and Career Site Builder configuration and support experience.

• Experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.

• Working knowledge of career-site optimization, SEO, talent communities, job distribution, and recruiting analytics.

• Experience with Onboarding data collection, forms, tasks, business rules, and cross-boarding/offboarding workflows.

• Understanding of Recruit-to-Hire processes and data mapping between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.

• Familiarity with Onboarding role-based permissions and access troubleshooting.

• Strong troubleshooting, requirements-gathering, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
