SAP ERP Quality Management (QM)

Introduction:

The SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) position involves configuring and implementing SAP QM modules, setting up master data, integrating QM with other modules, and optimizing quality control processes. The role requires detailed analysis of business process requirements and providing system solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP QM modules (Inspection Plans, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates).
• Set up Master Data (MICs, Inspection Methods, Sampling Procedures).
• Integrate QM with MM, PP, and PM.
• Design and implement quality control processes.
• Automate quality workflows using SAP QM-PP/DS or S/4HANA Quality Management.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Design, customize, configure, and test the module.
• Identify gaps, issues, and provide solutions.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on new implementations and support projects.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support.

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Analysis and E2E Business Process Flow design.
• Knowledge of AGILE Development Methodology.
• Project Management activities such as Scope Management, Time Management, and Risk Management.

• Ability to support UAT, training, and production deployment.
