Job Title: Program Manager – Procurement & Supply Chain Systems (Federal Programs)
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (Onsite )
Clearance: Active Secret, Confidential, Public Trust, or eligible preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal procurement and logistics systems program within an Air Force environment. The role will oversee program execution, system releases, testing coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in collaboration with PMO and technical teams.
Candidates with experience in procurement, supply chain, ERP, acquisition systems, or federal logistics programs are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with PRPS or similar systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program execution, schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate system testing, integration, and release activities
- Support PMO reporting, planning, and governance activities
- Track staffing, performance, and resource planning
- Coordinate across finance, contracting, and technical teams
- Oversee change management and system enhancements
- Support production issues, help desk coordination, and user support
- Prepare status reports and executive updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years program/project management experience
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, ERP, or acquisition systems
- Experience managing requirements, testing, and system releases
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PRPS or similar procurement systems
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP MM, PeopleSoft eProcurement, or Unison PRISM
- Federal/DoD experience (Air Force, AFMC, AFSC, AFLCMC, DLA, Army, Navy)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or reporting tools
- Experience managing enterprise system implementations
