Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DataStage Production Support Engineer to support and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH) applications and IBM DataStage ETL processes. The role involves production support, incident management, defect resolution, batch monitoring, data reconciliation, and performance optimization across DataStage and Oracle environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide end-to-end production support for EDWH and IBM DataStage applications.
· Monitor and manage ETL batch schedules, job executions, and workflow dependencies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and data issues.
· Perform data reconciliation, validation, and ensure data accuracy.
· Support IBM DataStage administration and ETL job performance tuning.
· Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis.
· Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
· Support EDW, ODS, and Data Mart environments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution..
