Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Program Manager with deep, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to lead large-scale CRM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing Salesforce programs, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams, and driving successful delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Partner with business, product, and technical teams to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Oversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate Agile/Scrum teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Drive governance, release management, testing, and production deployments.
- Provide executive-level reporting and program status updates.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience with 8+ years focused on Salesforce programs.
- Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and migrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, APIs, and release management.
- Experience working with Salesforce developers, architects, admins, and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and MuleSoft.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation programs.
