We are seeking a Network Automation & AI Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning 7,650+ locations across the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. This role focuses on automating network operations using AI, cloud technologies, and modern automation frameworks to improve reliability, efficiency, and proactive issue management.

Key Responsibilities
Build automation solutions for network configuration, monitoring, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Integrate Cisco, Meraki, Google Cloud Platform, and enterprise monitoring APIs.
Develop proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation capabilities.
Apply AI/LLMs for troubleshooting, incident analysis, and operational decision support.
Analyze telemetry, logs, alerts, and performance data to improve network visibility and reduce operational noise.
Document solutions and transfer knowledge to internal engineering teams.
Required Skills

3 5 years of enterprise networking experience.
Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki.
Strong networking fundamentals: WAN/LAN/WLAN, BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Python, REST APIs, JSON/YAML, Git.
Ansible or similar automation tools.
Network monitoring, telemetry, SNMP, Syslog, and operational data analytics.
Cloud networking and hybrid cloud architectures.
Preferred Skills
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) networking and APIs.
Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, ML, or anomaly detection solutions.
Experience with large distributed enterprise networks.
Dashboarding, health monitoring, and exception-management solutions.
