Logistics Coordinator

Support Sales Operations by coordinating logistics, inventory, and internal demo assets for commercial programs and events. Work closely with sales, marketing, and vendors to manage scheduling, shipping/receiving, equipment readiness, and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate program timelines, asset scheduling, and tracking
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of demo equipment
Troubleshoot and test systems prior to events
Maintain warehouse organization and equipment
Support annual maintenance and system upgrades

Requirements:
2+ years coordination/logistics/operations experience
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excel & Microsoft Office proficiency
Customer service mindset
Able to lift up to 80 lbs
Valid driver s license
Bachelor s degree preferred
