Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Hybrid in Carlsbad, CA
Duration: 12+ Month Contract to Permanent Hire
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full program lifecycle for a new AI solution, from development through launch and brand approvals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, Manufacturing)
- Oversee program planning, RAID management, and stakeholder governance
- Ensure all dependencies, risks, and timelines are tracked and communicated
- Support supply chain/vendor coordination and site readiness/change management as needed
- Use Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) as appropriate
- Facilitate approvals with major Quick-Service Restaurant brands post-launch (3-6 months process)
Must-Have Qualifications- Demonstrated experience managing large, end-to-end programs involving both hardware (devices) and SaaS
- Background in QSR, device + SaaS, or similar industries (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive accountability
Nice-to-Have- Experience with AI, or subscription-based device models
- Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing environments
