Key Responsibilities
This role combines high-level system design with daily technical leadership.
You bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution across Oracle platforms like ERP, HCM, SCM, or OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technical blueprints, data flows, and integration frameworks for Oracle Cloud applications.
Technical Governance: Define coding standards, review custom components (CEMLI/RICEF), and oversee security and patch impacts.
System Integration: Build and manage data exchanges using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.Team Leadership: Mentor developers, run design reviews, and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Performance & Support: Troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks, manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and optimize platform stability.
Required Skills & QualificationsCore Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM) or Oracle Database/APEX environments.
Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and FBDI/HDL.
Reporting & Extensions: Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and custom extensions.Experience: 8+ years in IT with several years in a dedicated lead or architectural capacity on large-scale transformations.
Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders
