Position: IBM CASE/ FileNet Admin/Developer

Job Description:
Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and implementing business processes and interface using workflow tools like IBM Case Manager, JavaScript, dojo, and java.
Experience developing custom functionality within FileNet, ICM, and IBM BAW including custom widgets performing custom functions within custom built interfaces residing within IBM Case Manager.
Development experience with python and the ability to integrate it with IBM Case Manager and FileNet.
In-depth understanding of IBM Case Manager abilities, limitations, customizations, and architecture.
Experience with Integrations using REST/SOAP/Java
Deep understanding of Java and J2EE technologies
Technical knowledge of database technologies and products such as Oracle, SQL
Exposure to scripting technologies and various java script frameworks.
Experience with code build using Maven, ant etc. and source code management using Git, BitBucket etc.
Experience in an Agile Technology Development environment, preferably SAFe.
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle & Software Testing Life Cycle
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including Git, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies.
Experience collaborating with IT and Business partners to gather requirements and implement new/enhanced features and functions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written/oral communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have skills:
o Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, LlamaIndex or similar, and vector search (Qdrant, Pincone, etc).
o ReactUI front-end development experience
o Experience deploying AI solutions using Kubernetes, Docker containers, and cloud-native architectures
Job Description:
Responsible for programming on specific application subsets of the company's application portfolio, participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit, client program, or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings.
Owns the change request process and may coordinate with other teams as necessary. Develops and owns list of final enhancements.
Develops and defines application scope and objectives and prepares technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written.
Performs technical design reviews and code reviews.
Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
Assesses current status and supports data information planning.
Coordinates on-call support and ensures effective monitoring of system.
Maintains technical development environment.
Mentors others and may lead multiple or small to medium sized projects.
Facilitates group sessions to elicit complex information on requirements clarification, design sessions, code reviews and troubleshooting issues.
Supports vendor evaluation.
