OverviewWe are seeking a Performance Engineer to support testing and optimization of enterprise-scale applications. This role focuses on ensuring systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards prior to production deployment.Top Skills & Technologies- JMeter for performance, functional, and load testing
- LoadRunner for simulating user activity and analyzing system behavior
- Dynatrace for monitoring, test execution control, and diagnostics
- Understanding of middleware, databases, and web technologies in distributed environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Key Responsibilities- Execute performance, load, and functional testing using industry-standard tools
- Gather performance and capacity requirements from technical teams
- Conduct iterative testing cycles and optimize based on results
- Analyze system behavior under load and compare against expected outcomes
- Produce clear performance reports and communicate findings to engineering teams
- Partner with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement improvements
- Support scalability planning and contribute to capacity management initiatives
- Ensure testing aligns with organizational standards around risk, compliance, and quality

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.24 - $73.68/hr.
