Job Details- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of plant leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing
- Experience leading complex, unionized manufacturing environments
- Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and plant-level financials
- Proven ability to lead large teams across operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance
- Demonstrated success improving efficiency, cost, and production performance
- Strong technical understanding of UHT, ESL, and filling/packaging systems
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
