Required Skills :-

• 10+ Years of experience as BSA/Delivery lead.
• Strong background and experience of working with Banking and financial Institutions
• Must have strong experience with Moody’s CreditLens, including good understanding of the product and its implementation.

Responsibilities :-

• Work as a Business Systems Analyst, gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Lead delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and as per agreed scope.
• Work closely with business users, credit risk teams, and technology teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and delivery risks throughout the project.
• Ensure solutions meet credit risk, regulatory, and data quality standards.

Nice to Have

• Nice to have experience with Credit ADS, including Data ODS and reporting.
• Nice to have experience in credit workflow automation, such as approvals and credit processes.
• Nice to have experience with LSF migration, APIs, and system integrations.

Education :-

BS in IT/CS or relevant experience
