JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:
    • 3-6 years' experience supporting global talent management, learning & development, or HR initiatives.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with vendor management, budgets, invoicing, reporting, and HR technology.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, AI tools like Co-Pilot, and digital productivity tools.
    • Ideally, experience with reporting tools and HR systems, including Workday reporting, or similar platforms and leveraging AI for greater efficiency.
    • Operational Excellence: Delivers high-quality outcomes through strong execution, organization, and attention to detail.
    • Program & Project Management: Effectively coordinates multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
    • Collaboration & Partnership: Builds strong relationships across HR, Finance, vendors, and business teams to achieve shared goals.
    • Problem Solving: Uses sound judgment to resolve operational challenges and improve business processes.
    • Communication Excellence: Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Continuous Improvement & Agility: Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, simplify processes, and adapt to changing business needs.

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Talent Acceleration & Strategy Lead, this contract role will provide operational support for high-potential leadership program. Based in Santa Clara and working onsite at least three days per week, the role will help ensure seamless program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and an exceptional participant experience while supporting the team during the transition to a permanent hire.
    • Coordinate and support the delivery of enterprise leadership development programs across Agilent.
    • Manage end-to-end program operations, including scheduling, communications, participant management, materials, logistics & stakeholder coordination.
    • Support the execution of the leadership development experiences.
    • Coordinate onsite and virtual talent events, learning experiences, leadership forums, and enterprise talent activities for a seamless participant experience.
    • Prepare and maintain consistent reports, metrics, and program insights to support operational effectiveness and decision-making.
    • Partner with the Talent Management team, HR and business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a seamless delivery and a high-quality participant experience.
    • Manage vendor administration activities including invoicing, purchase orders, and cost allocation.
    • Partner with Finance and Talent Management leaders to support budget tracking, reporting, and financial governance.
    • Maintain accurate program, vendor, and financial records and ensure timely completion of related processes.
    • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to support effective program operations.
