We are looking for Scrum Master - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Bedford, MA / Burlington, MA
Job Title: Scrum Master - Remote / Telecommute
Job Location: Bedford, MA / Burlington, MA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive sprint predictability, backlog readiness, and alignment to prioritized business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support release readiness and coordinate activities across teams, including coverage during afternoon and evening release windows.
  • Monitor and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and sprint health.
  • Provide insights to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and support adoption of enterprise delivery standards.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting release management and coordinating distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
  • Strong dependency and risk management skills.

Preferred Skills And Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Agile delivery models.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
