Job description:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in ECM or CCM domains preferably in a technology analyst or business analyst role
Handson experience or working knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 IBM Datacap
Opentext Exstream Smart Communications Quadient
Document capture workflows and metadata modeling
Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
