Job Overview

Transform IQVIA data into commercial strategy.
Query, analyze, and visualize complex pharmaceutical datasets (MIDAS, DDD, NPA, LAAD) to optimize HCP targeting, IC plans, and specialty pharmacy reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access for data-driven growth.

What you'll deliver
IQVIA Data Expertise

• Extract/analyze TRx, NRx, NBRx, market share via SQL + Excel.
• Patient journey analysis + SP/SD trend modeling.

Targeting & Segmentation

• Build/maintain HCP/HCO segmentation models.
• Prioritize high-value prescribers based on adoption behavior.

BI & Commercial Reporting

• Design Tableau/Power BI dashboards for sales performance + brand KPIs.
• Automate IC tracking and territory optimization reports.

Strategic Partnership

• Translate business questions into SQL-driven insights.
• Present competitive analysis and growth opportunities to leadership.

Must-Have (3+ years pharma analytics)

• Expert SQL + IQVIA datasets (DDD, NPA, LAAD, MIDAS).
• Advanced Excel + Power BI/Tableau visualization.
• Pharma metrics mastery (TRx, NRx, Patient Days, Market Share).
• HCP segmentation + IC plan experience.
• Bachelor s in quantitative field; strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred

• Veeva CRM, specialty pharmacy data modeling.
• R/Python analytics, HIPAA data governance.
