Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Data Scientist / Marketing Analytics Consultant with expertise in Pega CDH, customer decisioning, predictive modeling, and marketing analytics within the Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card domain.

The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in customer decisioning implementations, marketing insights, and data-driven personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Pega CDH and decisioning implementations.

• Develop and analyze predictive models for customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

• Perform customer segmentation and campaign analytics.

• Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and business outcomes.

• Work with banking and financial services stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.

• Develop analytical insights using SQL and relevant analytical tools.

• Support customer personalization and marketing optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
