Position: IT Project Manager Functional (Coupa P2P- SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 11+ Months

Job Description:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a global Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation integrated with SAP S/4HANA across AMER and EMEA regions. The program spans approximately six company codes operating across two SAP S/4HANA ERP instances, with integrations delivered via SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.

This role is accountable for ensuring full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF) and for using [strong data-end='875' data-start='863']Planview as the primary tool for project planning, execution, governance, and reporting. The IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery from initiation through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the project end-to-end in full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF), ensuring all required stage gates, approvals, and artifacts are completed
• Establish, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, governance model, RAID log, and executive reporting within Planview
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams spanning business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors (Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SDIS, MuleSoft)
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to protect delivery outcomes
• Oversee all phases of delivery including solution design, build, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Ensure effective coordination of changes to supplier setups and existing process flows
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate executive-level status reporting and escalate risks or issues in line with PMF standards
• Operate with a strong execution focus in a fast-paced, global delivery environment

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of Proven experience as a delivery-focused IT Project Manager leading complex, global implementations
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience using [strong data-end='2406' data-start='2394']Planview as a primary project execution and reporting tool
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience delivering projects within a formal enterprise Project Management Framework (PMF)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP-integrated SaaS solutions; [strong data-end='2685' data-start='2627']Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing system integrations, preferably involving SAP SDIS and MuleSoft
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-regional and multi-vendor teams
• Strong communication, escalation, and executive reporting capabilities
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in an execution-driven environment
