Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to align Salesforce capabilities with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and oversee implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Define integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware, enterprise apps).
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive data governance, security models, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding, configuration, DevOps, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and consultants.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, emerging tools, and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Proven experience in enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, and data modeling.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, PSA (Certinia/FinancialForce), or industry-specific solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).
• Salesforce Application/Technical Architect or CTA certification strongly preferred.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) a plus.
