Summary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in IT application design, development, and architecture.
Proven experience as a Lead Architect or Chief Architect on large-scale implementations.
Strong background in software engineering principles and system design.
6+ years experience designing medium to large-scale systems and managing multiple web projects.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF), and MLOps pipelines
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with Node.js, Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, JSON
Strong experience building distributed, scalable, multi-tier applications
Experience with Docker, containerization, and DevOps automation
Experience deploying solutions on AWS EC2 (Linux environment)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML and application development

Preferred Skills

Experience with mobile application architecture (iOS/Android)
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor)
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive domains (e.g., government, finance, healthcare)

Additional Requirements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a client-facing, consultative role
