Position Summary

Archon Resources is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of our client''''''''s next-generation client portal (v3). This role is focused on delivering a stable, operational platform, performing a full portal refresh, and implementing a new financial model as the foundational element for subsequent enhancements.

This engagement represents the first phase of a multi-stage initiative. Following the initial 8-week build, future phases will focus on enhancing features and functionality informed by client requests and prioritized by company leadership. Funding and releases will be iterative and incremental—not a “big bang” delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and stabilize the next version of the company’s portal (v3).
• Implement a refreshed UI/UX and modernized full-stack architecture.
• Apply and integrate the new financial model into the portal’s operational layer.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across the application stack.
• Collaborate with leadership for technical direction and roadmap alignment.
• Provide weekly updates, participate in weekly standups, and maintain consistent communication regarding progress and blockers.
• Lay groundwork for future features, enhancements, and iterative releases.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable, production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency across both front-end and back-end frameworks (specific stacks can be added if needed).
• Expertise with modern architectural patterns, API design, cloud environments, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, deliverables-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
