Tech Lead / Senior Developer experience guiding teams

Prompt engineering hands-on experience

Agentic AI workflows for software development

Application tech stack conversion & modernization

Software architecture & design patterns

Microservices & API design

Cloud platforms Azure | AWS | Google Cloud Platform

SQL & NoSQL databases

CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

Automated testing & infrastructure as code

Team mentoring & coaching

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Bachelor's in CS, Engineering or related

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical leadership & architectural guidance

Hands-on development with GenAI acceleration

Code generation, refactoring & test automation using GenAI

Agentic AI for code reviews, regression detection

Sprint planning & stakeholder management

Security, performance & quality enforcement
