Job Title: Training Specialist

Position Summary:
Our government client is seeking a skilled and experienced Training Specialist to support the training material that would be uploaded into their legacy CRM system that is used for tracking their Provincial Family information. This role will focus on developing comprehensive user training materials, including guides, manuals, and interactive learning content, to ensure effective platform usage across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with non-technical teams and stakeholders to understand user needs.
Design and develop user-friendly training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
Deliver training sessions to various user groups that consist of Families in that province.
Customize training content to suit different roles and levels of technical proficiency.
Provide ongoing support and updates to training materials as platform features evolve.
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and accessibility requirements.
