Job Description:-
Experience
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in analytics, data, or product‑driven environments.
• Apple exp. is mandatory
Mandatory Skills :
• Analytics and Reporting – Strong experience in dashboards, KPIs, MIS, and executive reporting.
• Analytical Skills – Ability to analyse large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Analytical Thinking – Structured problem‑solving and attention to detail.
Data & Technical Skills :
• Working knowledge of data engineering concepts: ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data models, and data quality.
• Hands‑on or functional exposure to SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI / Tableau (or equivalent).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as model types, features, metrics, and lifecycle (hands‑on coding not mandatory).
Product Management Skills :
• Experience working with product teams or in product‑centric delivery models.
• Ability to define requirements, prioritise use cases, and support roadmap and backlog activities.
• Strong understanding of customer/user impact and value‑driven delivery.
Soft Skills :
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with global client teams.
• Ability to operate in a high‑expectation Apple client environment.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills using data and insights.
• Proactive, quality‑driven, and ownership mindset.
Preferred / Nice to Have :
• Experience supporting large technology clients or product‑led organisations.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in analytics, data platforms, or AI‑enabled solutions.
