Title: Data Engineer

Need Data Engineers with:
1. Hands on experience working in Databricks – understanding the core engineering capabilities of the tool (data organization, engineering techniques, compute).
2. Strong understanding of data i.e. ability to read tables and come up with the right join criteria, run data checks like duplicate identification, etc.
3. Very strong communication skills. We are moving very fast, many meetings, requirements are changing. We need someone who can navigate this, clarify any ambiguity and not assume.
Role Description:
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience working in Databricks.
* 3+ years of experience with Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and distributed data processing
* 5+ years of experience working with Spark
* 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake
* 5+ years of experience working with Python
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, or data quality frameworks
* Experience in system/application integrations
* Exposure to DevOps or DataOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring)
* Experience working in large, regulated, or enterprise scale environments
* Working knowledge of data modeling and schema design
* Solid experience in ETL/ELT and distributed data processing
* Experience with the application of AI/ML tools and models to data processing and ETL workloads
