  • Coach Product Owners, team members, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery practices.
  • Track and report team velocity, burn-down charts, impediments, and sprint goal achievement.
  • Navigate hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and stage-gate governance as required.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across multi-team work streams.
  • Translate delivery status into executive-level insights for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
  • Lead retrospectives that produce actionable, measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to agile maturity and center of excellence initiatives.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT program leadership, enterprise-wide technology transformation, and business strategy alignment. This includes 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on enterprise-scale initiatives, with experience leading teams through large-scale ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne. A strong understanding of project management tools like Trello and Confluence, M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform), and cloud-based collaboration tools is also required. A working knowledge of Waterfall/Phase-Gate methodologies is necessary.

Certifications: CSM or PSM I/II is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SPC certification; PMP is a plus.
  • Advanced agile certifications (CSP-SM, A-CSM, ICP-ACC).
  • Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, finance).
  • Experience supporting Financial Operations programs (AP/invoice processing, financial close, audit-related technology initiatives).
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain programs (procurement, materials management, inventory, or ERP-integrated planning platforms such as SAP MM/WM, Kinaxis, or GEP).
  • A background in change management and organizational development.
  • Prior experience in the utility or energy sector.
Core Competencies
