Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the Epic Cadence (Scheduling) module. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize scheduling workflows and ensure system efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence application

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

  • Configure provider schedules, templates, visit types, and workflows

  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support

  • Collaborate with integrated Epic teams (Prelude, Referrals, Grand Central, etc.)

  • Develop and execute test scripts and participate in integrated testing

  • Provide end-user training and workflow guidance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards


Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Cadence Certification (Required)

  • 3+ years of Epic Cadence build and support experience

  • Strong understanding of scheduling workflows and revenue cycle integration

  • Experience with provider templates, decision trees, and appointment configuration

  • Knowledge of integrated Epic modules such as Prelude and Referrals

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
