Job Requirements We are seeking an experienced Lead / Principal MuleSoft Developer with over 13 years of IT experience, specializing in enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, and cloud architectures. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will be responsible for defining integration patterns, mentoring team members, enforcing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise integration applications using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform following API-Led Connectivity principles (Experience, Process, and System APIs). Develop complex workflows, message routing, data transformations using DataWeave, custom connectors, and exception-handling frameworks. Guide and mentor software engineering teams, define coding standards, conduct design and code reviews, and drive integration architecture strategy. Design RAML/OpenAPI specifications, define API governance policies, apply security standards (OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT, Mutual TLS), and manage APIs via Anypoint API Manager. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and management across multi-cloud environments (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, On-Premises). Perform root cause analysis, performance tuning, system monitoring using Anypoint Visualizer and Monitoring, and troubleshoot critical production issues. Mule 4.x, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Runtime Manager, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF). API-Led Connectivity, Microservices Architecture, Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), Event-Driven Architecture. Advanced DataWeave 2.0 logic, JSON, XML, Java object transformation. RAML 1.0, OpenAPI Specification (OAS), RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, gRPC. Java / J2EE, Groovy, or JavaScript.
