Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support IT modernization initiatives. The role involves documenting legacy systems, working with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business/system requirements
  • Perform Data Mapping & Data Modeling
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents
  • Work with Agile teams for delivery and implementation
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements
  • Track project status, risks, and timelines

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of BA experience
  • 5+ years in Data Mapping & Data Modeling
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, RTC
  • SQL Server / Database experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with large enterprise systems
  • Microsoft technology stack exposure
