Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, specializing in Fixed Assets and Oracle Projects modules (Project Costing & Billing).
The ideal candidate will partner with Finance and Project Accounting teams to implement, enhance, and support Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management and project financial tracking.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets and Projects modules.
• Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience with GL, AP, and AR integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle Fixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, retirements).
• Support Oracle Projects (project setup, costing, billing, revenue recognition).
• Perform gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting.
• Support SIT/UAT and post-production issue resolution.
