Technical Project Manager
W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $65 - $75 per hour
Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully within scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. The role also requires a strong understanding of solution architecture, engineering development lifecycle, and emerging technologies such as AI to effectively guide delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and external partners.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solution design.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile or hybrid).
- Good understanding of solution architecture and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with engineering development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI/automation-driven solutions or data-driven platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in digital transformation, IT, or enterprise system implementations.
- Familiarity with modern technology platforms and cloud ecosystems.
- Experience working with AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience working with global teams and external vendors.
