Title: Business Systems Analyst – OPA
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Role Summary
The client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support ongoing initiatives within an Oracle E-Business Suite Property Manager (R12.2.11) environment. The selected candidate will provide functional and analytical support to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions that support Metro’s Real Estate and Asset Management operations.
This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, assisting with requirements gathering, business process improvement, configuration validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements to support Oracle Property Manager real estate and asset management workflows.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
Support system configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing within the Oracle EBS R12.2.11 environment.
Prepare PMO-compliant documentation and provide support during implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise-level applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably Oracle Property Manager (R12).
Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience supporting system implementation projects within a structured PMO or public-sector environment.
Background working with real estate, leasing, property management, or transportation asset management operations.
