Senior BPM Developer
Senior BPM Developer looking for Principal BPM Developers that can work across multiple business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical leadership role that that will utilize software design and engineering skills to architect and build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners.
The Team
As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) division , you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow. The team will be focused on up-front design, development and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST API, HTML
- Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
- CICD Pipeline tools and best practices
- Knowledge of data visualization, reporting and dashboarding tools
- AWS or other Cloud service providers
- Business process improvement or re-engineering
- Liaising with business and technical teams
- Technical leadership and mentoring team members
- Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
