Job Title: Custom Software Engineer
Location: Minnesota (Remote eligible)
Duration: Contract - 7 months
Pay Range: $50/hr - $52.2/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React and a proven ability to deliver scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices in a client-facing, Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Spring Boot.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, and React.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ability to deliver maintainable, testable code and support CI/CD.
- 7+ years in relevant software engineering roles.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree.

- Candidates may work remotely. Work location listed as Minnesota.
- No visa restrictions.
- No vaccination mandate.
- No travel or expenses covered by the client.
- Budgeted bill rate: $71. Limited flexibility.
- Industry experience required due to client-facing responsibilities, daily collaboration with product and engineering teams, and delivery of technical solutions and feasibility analysis. Resource will work with the product team and engineering team.
