Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Work)

Duration: 6-12 months Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical PMO with Change Management experience to support the execution and governance of an already-established change management program. The candidate will coordinate technology initiatives, stakeholders, readiness activities, reporting, and change adoption across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and track change initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.

·      Coordinate with IT, business, engineering, and operations stakeholders.

·      Support change impact assessments, readiness, communications, and adoption activities.

·      Maintain PMO governance, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

·      Facilitate status meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

·      Track change readiness and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.

·      Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.

·      Support post-implementation tracking and transition to business-as-usual.

·      Ensure adherence to the client's existing change management process and governance framework.

Required Skills

·      10+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project Management, or Change Management.

·      Strong experience with enterprise technology projects and change initiatives.

·      Hands-on experience with change impact, readiness, stakeholder management, communication, and adoption.

·      Strong PMO skills.

·      Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.

·      Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Preferred

·      Prosci / ADKAR or ITIL experience.

·      Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

·      Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
