Audio-Visual Programming and Commissioning Engineer to join an engineering and integration team.
This role focuses on the
programming, configuration, and commissioning of professional audiovisual systems, ranging from small meeting spaces to large-scale, technically complex environments such as divisible conference facilities, training centers, lecture halls, theaters, and auditoriums.
The ideal candidate has strong experience programming AV control systems, configuring advanced DSP audio systems, and commissioning integrated AV environments that demand high reliability, intuitive user operation, and premium audio performance.
This position plays a critical role in transforming system designs into fully operational AV systems through control system programming, DSP configuration, system optimization, and final commissioning.
What You'll Work OnEngineers in this role work across a wide range of AV environments and system types. Projects range from simple meeting spaces to highly complex, multi-room installations requiring advanced programming and commissioning.

- PTZ cameras and video conferencing systems
- Multi-display presentation systems and video switching platforms
- Integrated microphone and loudspeaker systems for speech reinforcement and conferencing
Engineers are responsible for ensuring these systems are
properly programmed, tuned, and commissioned to operate reliably and deliver exceptional audio and video performance.
Core ResponsibilitiesControl System Programming- Develop, deploy, and support Crestron control system programs
- Program control processors, touch panels, and user control interfaces
System Commissioning- Perform full commissioning of AV systems following installation
- Test, tune, and verify audio, video, and control system performance
Technical Collaboration- Work closely with AV system designers and project teams
- Review signal flow diagrams, system drawings, and programming specifications
Documentation- Maintain organized programming documentation
- Ensure version control and system update records are accurate and complete
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in audiovisual integration, system programming, or commissioning
- Demonstrated experience programming Crestron control systems
- Experience programming Extron control processors and systems
- Hands-on experience configuring Biamp Tesira DSP systems
- Hands-on experience configuring QSC Q-SYS DSP and control environments
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow, system architecture, and commissioning processes
- Experience working with network-based AV systems and IP device control
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integrated AV environments
- Strong documentation, organization, and system management skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
