Health Care Product Manager(API & Data Integration)

o   Generalist product manager who has experience across: 

§  Collaborating with design teams to define and iterate on best-in-class user experiences 

§  Working closely with technical teams to execute, deliver and release new products/features 

§  Identify and communicate updates, opportunities, risks, dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders 

o   Strong at execution:

§  Ability to take high-level guidance from leaders/SMEs and break these down into clearly written epics/user stories for the teams to plan and execute upon 

§  Ability to prioritize scope and features with design and tech to ensure high quality, on-time delivery

§  Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders 

§  Detail oriented, hard worker, can work independently, proactive to ask for help or questions  

o   Experience in workflows a plus

o   Prior experience in the benefits industry is a plus

o   At least 5 years of product management experience

o   Prior experience using AI tools for daily tasks, and/or building new products that leverage AI is a plus
