Need Data Architect Manager/ Data Engineering Manager- Healthcare
Location: San Mateo CA- Hybrid(6-7 Days per month)
Duration: 3 Months+
This role will oversee the development and execution of data analytics strategies that enable clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and health equity. This position will manage the strategy for a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, reporting specialists, and digital health professionals responsible for enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, dashboards, performance metrics, and digital innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience selecting, supervising, training, and evaluating professional and technical staff in analytics or digital health environments.
Strong recent experience leading healthcare data analytics initiatives including dashboard development and enterprise reporting.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise analytics strategies supporting quality improvement and regulatory reporting for public health and safety net hospitals.
Demonstrated experience working with Electronic Health Record data, Epic preferred, and enterprise reporting tools.
Experience with interoperability of EHR data with other Healthcare data, like assignment files, remittance files, eligibility files, and other data sources that need to be connected on common keys
Experience developing executive-level dashboards and translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare IT, or digital health.
At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience managing analysts or technical professionals.
Experience working in a government healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, and healthcare compliance regulations.
