  • Solution Design: Author detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and map business requirements to out-of-the-box (OOTB) Teamcenter capabilities, minimizing custom code where possible.
  • Data Modeling & Configuration: Define data models, item types, attributes, list of values (LOVs), and access control lists (ACLs). Configure Teamcenter organization structures, workflows, and change management processes.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with technical architects to design integrations between Teamcenter and external systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle) and various CAD tools (NX, Catia, SolidWorks).
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, create user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and lead business users through the validation process.
  • Change Management & Training: Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to drive system adoption across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Legal & Compliance
  • Work Authorization: Must be a or eligible for a TN Visa (Canadian or Mexican citizens). We are unable to provide H1B sponsorship or processing for this position.
Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Core Teamcenter Modules: Deep functional knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as My Teamcenter, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Change Management (CMII standard preferred), Schedule Manager, and Classification.
  • BMIDE Configuration: Strong understanding of the Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) for data model configuration.
  • CAD/ERP Alignment: Solid grasp of CAD Data Management and Bill of Materials (BOM) management (EBOM, MBOM, BOP).
Soft Skills & Professional Experience
  • Experience: Typically requires 5 10 years of experience in PLM implementation, with at least 4+ years specifically focused on Teamcenter.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong background in industries like Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Machinery, or High-Tech Electronics.
  • Communication: Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical PLM concepts to non-technical business leaders.
