Senior. Program Manager ( Infrastructure / Data center)

  • 100 % REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex IT transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Infrastructure -data center migrations, relocations, and consolidations across global environments. This role requires some mainframe experience along with strong distributed systems, multi-vendor coordination, and enterprise-scale program delivery experience.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining strict control over scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale programs.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise level end to end data center migration (build/application/data), relocation, and consolidation programs.
  • Some mainframes (e.g., IBM z/OS/ AS400)
  • Strong distributed or open system environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing Multi-Million Dollar global programs.
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, and program delivery methodologies.
  • Define, plan, and execute detailed program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage interdependence across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Utilize enterprise tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
  • Background in enterprise transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.
